Equal Pay Certification 2022-2025

Arnarlax has now received Equal Pay Certification and the permission to use the Equal Pay Certification symbol until 2025.

The objective of the certification is to combat gender-based wage difference and promote gender equality within the workforce. The Certification confirms that the company’s equal pay system complies with the equal pay standard ÍST 85:2012 and is a formal acknowledgement that Arnarlax has an equal pay policy in place with established processes, without gender discrimination, that meet all requirements when salary is determined.
