Note: No login, name or email is required. Submissions are stored securely and reviewed by the Human Resources department of Arnarlax.

    What Happens After i Fill Out the Grievance?

    After you submit a grievance, it will be handled with care and confidentiality. Our HR team will review your concern and take steps to ensure it is addressed fairly, respectfully and in accordance with the Arnarlax grievance policy. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive workplace for everyone.

    What is a Grievance and Who Is This Ethics Line For?

    A grievance is a formal expression of concern by an employee, contractor, or community regarding workplace matters, including but not limited to breaches of company policy, unsafe working conditions, discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment. Submitting a grievance allows such concerns to be documented and addressed through the appropriate organizational procedures.
