Corporate governance
Arnarlax ehf. is recognized as a public interest company in Iceland. Therefor the Company had to establish an audit committee for Arnarlax ehf. operations. Committee‘s responsibilities are in relation to Arnarlax ehf. both publicly and according to the committee‘s mandates.
The committee main tasks are to prepare the Board‘s follow-up of the financial reporting process, monitor the Groups internal controls and routines as well as maintain an ongoing dialogue with the Group‘s auditors.
As of 31st December 2023, the Audit Committee comprises the following members:
